Every project starts with a discovery phase where we understand your business, users, and technical requirements. From there, we move to architecture and design, followed by iterative development sprints with weekly demos. Most projects run 6–12 weeks from kickoff to launch.
We need a main point of contact who can give feedback and make decisions. Expect 1–2 hours per week for check-ins and reviews. We handle the heavy lifting — you focus on your business.
We work on a project basis with fixed-price quotes after the discovery phase. This gives you cost certainty and aligns incentives — we're motivated to deliver efficiently. Typical projects range from 15k–100k+ CHF depending on scope.
Yes. We offer monthly retainer packages for maintenance, updates, and continued development. Most clients start with a project engagement and transition to a retainer once the product is live.
Our core stack is Next.js, React, TypeScript, and Node.js for web development. For AI, we work with Claude API, OpenAI, LangChain, and vector databases. We choose tools based on the project — not the other way around.
Absolutely. We regularly take over, refactor, and extend existing projects. We'll start with a technical audit to understand the current state and recommend the best path forward.
