HUGEMISTAKE is founder-led. When a project needs more hands, we bring in a small network of senior specialists. No employees, no juniors, no agencies in between.
You work directly with the founder, who scopes the project, writes code alongside you and owns the client relationship. No project managers, no layers, no telephone game.
Every engagement has a written scope, a fixed timeline and a fixed budget before it starts. You know what is expected, when, and what it pays. Invoices are paid on Swiss terms, 30 days.
Remote-first, with the occasional day together in Geneva when a project benefits from it. We use AI in our daily work and expect you to be comfortable doing the same, without shipping anything you have not read.

We work with people we trust to ship without supervision, and we pay them for it. Skill, honesty and finished work matter more than a CV.
Node.js or Python, PostgreSQL, authentication, integrations with the tools clients already run. You design the data model and own the API contract.
